I’m always getting messages on Instagram and facebook with people asking what they should do and where they should go while they’re in Las Vegas. So, I thought, “Why not post about it?” There are so many amazing things to do while you’re in Vegas, but one of my favorites is brunch. And not just brunch on the strip. I’m sharing some personal favorites so you can eat where the locals eat. You’re wallet alone will appreciate the price decrease after you leave the strip. Trust me, the uber ride will be worth it.
HONEY SALT
A locals favorite because of their brunch specials. In addition to all you can drink mimosas and Bloody Marys, they also have a delicious farm-to-table inspired menu, which isn’t easy when you’re in the middle of the desert! I recommend the Monkey Bread and Breakfast Sandwich, which I get with egg whites.

MTO CAFE
If you’re nursing some nighttime debauchery… this is your place. It’s comfort food using fresh ingredients, which makes this a neighborhood go-to. There are two locations, one in Downtown Las Vegas and the other in Downtown Summerlin. Both are very good and use organic ingredients as well. I typically get the Broccoli Omelet, but I’ve also had the Veggie Hash as well as the Greek Omelet.

ANDIRON
Definitely one of my all time favorite brunch spots in Vegas! It’s also very Instagram worthy. They have a DJ on hand during their weekend brunch, but the music isn’t too loud or overbearing. There’s also a table of sweet treats by the door which is a nice addition. I love their avocado toast, which was more than enough to share. You could actually make a meal out of it. And their “Grown Up Grilled Cheese” is one of my favorite dishes of all time! You definitely need to eat that one with a fork. Another good option: The Benedict. Really, you can’t go wrong here.

HEARTHSTONE
Another great spot to check out if you’re in the Summerlin area. Located inside Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, Hearthstone has a tasty menu and a rustic setting that’s chic, modern and comfortable. I’ve had everything from their salads to egg dishes, flat breads and pancakes. They also have a Bloody Mary table side cart as well as bottomless mimosas and delicious sangria.
JARDIN
The Wynn and Encore hold more Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Award restaurants than any other independent resort in North America. So, it should come as no surprise that Jardin is on this list. If you’re looking for delicious food and an Instagram worthy setting, this is the place. In addition to being a great brunch spot, I love going there for light bites. I highly recommend the buffalo cauliflower and truffle fries!
I hope you enjoyed this post! Curious about my other Las Vegas recommendations? Let me know and I’ll see if I can put something together for you.
Love, Lindsey

Although all these restaurants/brunch places look phenomenal, the decor inside Jardin is really blowing me away. The bouquet of flowers is something I would like to see in the entrance to my house lol … if only! What a fun idea of having a Grownup Grilled Cheese! I love when restaurants take twists on classic foods like that!
