The embroidery trend is here to stay. From purses to jackets, denim and dresses… it’s everywhere! One of my favorite ways to rock the trend is on a top. I love my ripped jeans, and an embroidered top is the perfect way to incorporate the style into your casual everyday wear.

New York Fashion Week may have just wrapped, but it was back in September when we discovered what trends would be emerging in spring/summer 2017. I’ve been patiently waiting for stores to start pumping out the warmer weather pieces – and that time has finally come!

If I had to pick one uniform to wear for the rest of my life it would be ripped jeans, a tee, comfortable heels and a moto jacket. While I’m always wearing my black faux-leather moto jacket, springtime calls for something a little lighter. This blush pink faux-suede jacket is the perfect transition piece to add to your wardrobe (plus – it’s budget friendly!)

When it comes to jewelry… I’m all over the place. I admire the girls that are all minimalist all the time. Then there are the girls that are all about the statement jewelry. However, I have a split personality when it comes to picking out jewelry. I love statement necklaces and dangly earrings as much as I love my dainty rings and stacked bracelets. If you’ve been following me for awhile here on The Nomis Niche you’ve probably noticed that I love my neutrals. But, I ALSO love to break out and throw on some color and when I do I go 100 percent. This buttefly patched organza dress is from VIPme and it’s basically the epitome of summer dresses. Not only is the color an eye-catcher… the butterflies are actually sewn on to look like they’re flying off of you! I love when I find unique dresses like this, especially ones that end up being conversation starters.
While I definitely enjoyed my time in Pittsburgh visiting family, I’m excited to be back in Las Vegas. Back with my husband, and back with my closet! 😉
