Merry Christmas everyone!

We’re currently celebrating Christmas with family in Pittsburgh. Every year we come here for about a week at Christmastime and get to spend some much needed quality time with family members that we don’t get to see as often as we’d like.

Every year, my dad and stepmom hold a Christmas Eve party, so we’re currently getting ready for that. It’s my favorite party of the year, and I’m so excited that Ollie gets to be part of it now.

My sisters are already saying that they are going to hog Ollie early in the day because they know once the party starts all the aunts and cousins and grandparents are going to want to hold him and squeeze him. I’m having to get in my Ollie-time as well! I think we’re going to have to come up with a rule where I get to pull out the “mom card” and hold him for a few minutes at a time.

We actually took these photos back in Las Vegas when we were hunting for our tree. One of our new traditions as a family is that we’re going to go out and get real trees from now on. Ollie helped us pick it out 🙂 Actually… he just wanted to touch the trees and put the pine needles in his mouth, but you get the idea.

I hope you all are enjoying your holidays with friends and family. I’m so thankful for every single one of you and can’t tell you how much I appreciate your support. I started this blog back in 2016 as a creative outlet, and it’s grown to be a business which allows me to spend more time with my family. Because, in the end… that’s what it’s all about.
