Didn’t get enough sleep? Had “one too many” last night? Maybe you just have dark circles because of your genetics? I got you girl. I’ve had this problem for a few years now (I’ll explain why later). So, I wanted to try something that actually WORKED. Here is my HONEST review of the VIIcode O2M oxygen eye masks…
My skin care backstory…
I always took care of my skin growing up. I actually started buying anti-wrinkle cream when I was 22 years old! But when I got my first job as a news reporter, I started to notice something I never had before. Dark… ugly… under eye circles. Late nights and early mornings proved to be the perfect cocktail for these unwelcome beasts.
At that point I started using special eye-cream. But let’s be honest, I didn’t see a real difference. I still got the, “Oh, Lindsey. Are you sick?” comments. (Like… why don’t you say what you’re really thinking and tell me I look like crap on the side of a highway. I can read through the lines.)
How I came across VIIcode products…
I started noticing that beauty bloggers were posting about this VIIcode eye mask – and I was intrigued. Now, full disclosure, I don’t wake up at 4am anymore (thank goodness!), but I still don’t get as much sleep as I need. Therefore, those gross under eye circles continue to make their uninvited appearance on my face. Rude.
When VIIcode asked if I would try out their product I of course said yes. If it didn’t work. I’d say thanks but I can’t post about your product (I’ve done it before. It’s awkward, but I’d rather be real with you and potentially upset a brand than be fake and tell you a bunch of lies.)
My REAL review…
I started using the VIIcode eye masks the first night I got them in the mail. I wanted to use them for two full weeks before my review so I could give you my honest opinion.
One thing I really like about these masks is that they work while you sleep. I basically just slapped them on right before I went to bed. They’re a gel-like material so they’re really comfortable. I was surprised how well they stayed on considering I move around a lot in my sleep (my husband says it’s like I’m fighting crime in my dreams. I can’t help it.)
If you have a sleeping mask though, it would probably be a good idea to put it on while using these. You know… just to be sure they stay on.
My eyes looked fine in the morning, but to be honest I also had plenty of sleep. It wasn’t until I used them one night after having a few too many margaritas (hey – I’m human) and only getting four hours of sleep that I was really impressed. My eyes looked… well… good! No sagging, bagging or dagging. Nice!
The recommended use to two to three times a week, which comes out to be about three boxes over the course of a treatment. I made sure to stick with it so I could get the full effect and was pleased with the outcome.
And if it’s any consolation… I haven’t heard the, “you look tired” comment since I started the treatment. Yes!
I’m dying I need these my eyes are dark and puffy no matter what I swear I was born this way and no I’m not tired are common things I say! Thanks for the honest and incredible review!’

These sound fabulous! I´m starting to get those bad under eye circles even though I think I´m getting enough sleep (maybe I do need 12 hours of sleep, who knows?). It must feel very weird to sleep with them on though, at least for the first few nights! I can´t even keep a sleeping mask on (oops!)
