The star print is like the polka-dot print’s cooler older cousin. It’s so much fun to wear and incredibly easy to pull off. What’s even better? I found this sweatpant/sweatshirt set on shein.com for under $25! Take a look at how I styled them as separates…

Every fall/winter season I find a sweater that I end up wearing all season long. Sometimes I feel bad because I neglect the other sitting in my closet (like they have feelings :/ whatever). Well this gray mock-neck sweater from ROMWE has become THAT piece for me and I’ll tell you why…
FACT: I have two and a half drawers filled with pajamas. That’s also not including the absurd amount of robes I have hanging on the back our of bathroom door. Some may look at this as a problem. I see it as an extremely comfortable way to live life.
How can you pull off a mixed prints look? It’s actually really easy. Plus, it’s an outfit that you can probably create by just taking a peek in your closet (three cheers for saving money!) However, there are a few simple tricks on how to tackle the trend. Here are my suggestions..
I’m going to start this post with a very “uh.. duh!” statement. I love to shop. Trying out new trends is exciting and as a fashion blogger, I definitely like to wear what’s new for the season. But you can’t just fill your closet with trendy pieces. You really need those basics that you can wear again and again as the years go on. So, today I want to talk about the winter basics that you should have in your closet.
Clear heels were one of the biggest shoe trends of 2016, and I have a feeling the style will continue to grow in popularity this spring/summer. Brands are already coming out with sandal versions, which is a good indication that this is one style that is still having it’s moment in the spotlight.
I’m a huge fan of monochromatic outfits, but sometimes the tried and true all-black attire can get a little “blah” when you wear it day after day. So… why not try an all gray outfit, AKA the “groutfit”? It’s chic, cozy AND you’re able to layer which means you’ll also stay warm.
Happy 2017 everyone! I hope you had a great New Year’s Eve. We spent it with friends and had a blast! One thing I’d like to do in the new year is to up my accessory game, and I’m starting with this faux fur clutch.
Hi everyone and Happy Friday! In my last post I was talking about making more YouTube videos in the new year. Then I thought, why wait! So here is a quick video to help you put your New Year’s Eve outfit together. Enjoy! I’ll see you in 2017 🙂
