Hey everyone! Hope all is well. I’m living that newborn life right now, but wanted to take a moment to share a product with you that even new moms have time for! Read on for my honest review of this all-natural setting spray.
THE HISTORY: BBGK COSMETICS
Beauty by GK (Grace Kelly) was created by Kelly Burke (her daughter’s name is Grace, hence the name of the company). She draws inspiration from the natural beauty of her home in Laguna Beach, California and strives to create products that benefit the skin, rather than just sit on top of it.
When Kelly was first introduced to airbrush makeup – she loved the concept, but found the idea of it a bit unapproachable to the everyday woman. So, she decided to change that! She created her own cosmetics company that makes airbrush makeup application simple.
THE PRODUCT: FINISH SETTING SPRAY
I wanted to try out the the Beauty by GK Finish Setting Spray for multiple reasons, but number one was because I definitely do NOT have time to reapply my makeup throughout the day. #NewbornLife
I also really liked that the product uses 100% natural ingredients. Environmentally friendly and never tested on animals? Sign me up.
Lastly, I was intrigued by the claim that this Finish setting spray could help reduce my pores the more I use it. So, I gave it a go!
THE END RESULT
I have to say, I’m impressed by the Beauty by GK Finish Setting Spray. It’s light enough that it doesn’t feel like I’m just caking another product on my face. And, it does in fact hold your makeup in place throughout the day. Honestly, I like wearing it without makeup too. Since it’s made up of natural ingredients, I feel like it’s a nice refresher for my skin. It’s also very hydrating, which is necessary in this Vegas desert!
If you’re looking for a vegan-friendly natural finishing spray, I definitely recommend trying this product out. They also offer a 15 ml travel version so you can test it out before you get the bigger size.
Since I love the Finish Setting Spray so much, I’m thinking about trying out their makeup line too! There’s even a “Find Your Collection” page on the website to help you find which collection suits your needs/skin type best.
