1 JUMPSUIT 2 WAYS

Dresses are great. Jumpsuits are better. Here’s how to style one jumpsuit two ways: one for night and one for day.

WHERE I FOUND IT

Whenever I come across a romper or a jumpsuit that fits well AND can be worn multiple ways… it’s like a little party goes off in my head. I found this jumpsuit from ANGL a few weeks ago after brunch (and bottomless mimosas). I immediately fell in love. Why? Let me tell you…

WHY I BOUGHT IT

For one, I love the wide legs and high waist. When worn with heels, this jumpsuit makes me feel like I have legs for days.

Secondly, I’m a huge fan of anything backless, but most times I can’t wear those styles because I need a bra. Well, the top of this jumpsuit actually acts like a bra! It has adjustable straps and a tie in the back, so it keeps the girls in. I normally stray away from anything low cut, but this style makes me feel secure and I don’t have to worry about a wardrobe malfunction when I’m dancing (cue Bruno Mars’ Perm please).

HOW I STYLED IT

FOR DATE NIGHT: The first outfit is probably the most obvious way to style this jumpsuit. Let it do the talking. I paired it with simple black heels, a gold clutch and this layered necklace from ettika. I kept my hair simple and straight to avoid looking too “done up”.

FOR A CASUAL LOOK: Because the waist of this jumpsuit is fairly high, I was able to add a white tee underneath without it looking bulky. (I also think a striped long-sleeve tee would look cute underneath). I pulled my hair back for a casual look and added a bandanna for some extra flair. Sneaks are also a must 🙂
