There’s no doubting it. Gingham has had a major moment this summer, and I’m betting it’s a trend we’ll see continue into the fall. Pinterest even released in their latest report that searches for the term “gingham” was up 100 percent! Here are a few ways to rock the look…

SHOP MY LOOK:

One of my favorite ways to wear gingham is with a skirt. I love how this asos skirt has little ruffles on it. It’s super feminine, so I decided to edge it up a bit with some sock booties and this Girl Power tee from Shein.

I’ve also been wearing this new cabby hat nonstop! At first, I wasn’t sure what outfits it would work with. But, it’s actually incredibly versatile! It can make an ordinary jeans and t-shirt outfit look super-cool. It’s the “hat effect”. I don’t know what it is, but you instantly look cooler with a hat. I like how it balances out the femininity of the skirt.
